The truth is, the success of this sale is 100% dependent on volunteers. We can’t do it without you!

*If you sign up to VOLUNTEER by May 13, 2017 and work 3 hours or more, you are welcome to shop one hour before the sale opens to the public on May 20th and have first choice of sale items. (We welcome teens who are good workers to also volunteer). See below for volunteer opportunities.
Volunteers are needed prior to the sale to help as drop-off coordinators.
Volunteers are needed to help sort and set up books the day before the sale on Friday, May 19th, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. We appreciate cheerful people who like to make things look neat and orderly!
Volunteers are also needed to help during the sale, between 10:00 am & 1:00 pm (i.e. direct shoppers and assist those with needs, as well as keep book displays neat).
Volunteers are needed to help clean up the facility (vacuum, replace furniture, empty trash, etc.) after the sale is over. We are grateful to the Waterbury Christian Fellowship for the use of their building and, if possible, seek to leave the facility better than we found it.
